The position of VP, Client & Treasury Manager is responsible for the development and analysis of new commercial, including small business and non-profit organizations, deposit and treasury management business; the expansion of existing relationships; and servicing customers. Knowledge of deposit and treasury management products and services is required; commercial and consumer lending a plus. This position will develop and present sales proposals, acts as a liaison between customers and other service departments or branch locations of the Bank to support sales and service issues; supports a team approach to complex customer relationships to ensure all needs are addressed; monitors market condition/trends so the Bank will remain competitive in local market. This role is also a BSB representative or leader in the community and promotes the bank's mission in the communities served.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required and/or have minimum 8 years of experience demonstrated to be applicable to job requirements. Extensive and in-depth knowledge of product delivery systems. Comprehensive and practical knowledge of banking, operations and cash management products. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations. Mentoring skills to train and guide less experienced team members and other banking departments. Demonstrated capacity to sell products/services within the financial services industry. Ability to schedule and complete tasks and duties without constant, direct supervision. Working knowledge of PC spreadsheet, word processing, and production software. i.e. Microsoft Office Products. This individual must demonstrate a history of excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have the ability to respond appropriately to customer inquiries in a fast-paced work environment while handling multiple tasks. Demonstrate aptitude for detail work and ability to effectively meet specific deadlines. This person must be able to respond under pressure, and be able to effectively deal with multiple priorities and schedules. Must have a clear, audible speaking voice, ability to read and comprehend handwritten forms, and the ability to hear instructions or requests. Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.

The posted pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role but may include ranges from the different geographies where this position may be based. New employees' starting pay is usually from the start of the range to approximately 25% of the max, more qualified and/or experienced employees may start near the middle of the range for their geography.
