The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years experience in Voice Technologies- Management of Avaya Aura suite of products including CM, AES, SMGR, SM, Client, Messaging and integration with Genesys.- Oracle Session Border Controller management- Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing- Genesys Cloud management- Carrier Voice Network Management- Voice Security /Fraud Detection- 3rd Party connectivity management
