Description:
Qualified Candidates are needed to fill the position for Vacancy Executive Assistant (Human Resources) for the 2026-2027 school year. See the attached job description for more details.
Position:
Princeton Administrative Center - Full Time, 8 Hours per day, 260 days
Starting June 2026
Compensation:
Compensation will be assigned based on experience and education using the negotiated contract and will include full benefits.

General Description:
Must work well with students, staff, and parents.
Professional dress.
Must have the ability to handle stressful phone calls.
Must have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a welcoming and pleasant demeanor.
Must have exceptional computer skills, including working with excel spreadsheets, data entry programs, and the ability to learn new systems.
Special Knowledge and/or Skills Required:
Knowledge of AESOP, Google Suites and office equipment.
Budget-purchase orders, requisitions, ordering, and staff information for EMIS.
