Trimmer / Climber Foreperson oversees daily operations, supervises crew, enforces safety protocols, and manages training and mentoring.
Full-Time, Hourly with benefits including retirement, health insurance, and disability coverage.
Responsibilities include planning work, conducting safety and technical training, maintaining customer relations, handling incident reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and DOT standards.
Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, ability to work at heights, and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
Must meet physical requirements, have good eyesight, and work safely around energized lines and in various weather conditions.
