Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, guiding soil, planting, watering, and insect control tasks, managing schedules, and operating tree and landscaping tools.
Supervise crew safety, training, and tool use, coordinate with management and clients, and drive heavy equipment while adhering to safety policies.
Must have 3+ years' experience, a good Driver's License, CDL Class B, supervisory skills, and certifications like first aid and CPR.
Ideal candidates are multitaskers with strong leadership, communication skills, physical stamina, and possibly bilingual (Spanish).
