We are hiring Journeyman-level Electricians to join our premier nationwide traveling division. This is a high-impact role focusing on critical power infrastructure, large-scale industrial upgrades, and UPS/generator installations for major distribution centers and warehouses across the U.S.

With a consistent 60-hour work week, this position is designed for professionals who want steady overtime, paid lodging, and the opportunity to lead critical electrical projects from coast to coast.

Your Role & Impact

  • Critical Power Systems: Install, replace, and maintain industrial UPS systems and large-scale generators.

  • Complex Installations: Run and bend ¾” to 4” EMT conduit (rigid experience is highly valued).

  • Technical Execution: Pull and terminate 2–4” wire fields and work with industrial controls, automation, and PLC systems.

  • Blueprint Navigation: Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and blueprints.

  • Site Leadership: Support and supervise apprentices while operating scissor, boom, and bucket lifts for various installations.

  • Safety First: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and NFPA70E safety guidelines at all times.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Licensing: Active Journeyman Electrician License (Proof of licensure is required).

  • Experience: 5+ years of heavy commercial or industrial electrical experience, specifically with 480V AC / 24V DC systems.

  • Travel: 100% willingness to travel nationwide for extended periods (weeks or months at a time).

  • Onboarding: Ability to travel to Lowell, Arkansas for initial onboarding and company vehicle pickup (travel costs to AR are the candidate's responsibility).

  • Compliance: Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (Must be 21+ to drive company vehicles) and ability to pass a 7-year background check.

  • Safety: OSHA 10 or 30 and NFPA70E certifications are strongly preferred.
