Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant positionto support our clients in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Medical Assistant Position

Location: Ruther Ford, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Shifts: 7–3, 8–4, 9–5, 10–6, 11–7, 12–8
Number of hours- 40 Hours/ week 
Weekend Requirement: Two weekends per month

Pay - $20/Hr on W2 to $23/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities
  • Room patients and obtain vital signs, medication reconciliation, and patient history
  • Manage provider in-baskets/messages and assist with patient communication
  • Administer vaccines and support clinical procedures as needed
  • Process prior authorizations and maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow infection control protocols
  • Support providers and clinical staff in daily operations
Requirements
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Prior experience in Internal Medicine preferred
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
