Become a vital part of a hospital radiology team in Bishop, CA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will perform diagnostic CT and general radiographic imaging, administer contrast per protocol, and operate CT and X-ray equipment in accordance with department and hospital procedures. This role requires independent performance of exams, collaboration with radiologists and clinical staff, and adherence to safety and infection control standards.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Active ARRT certification (Registered Radiographer) in Radiologic Technology.
  • California State Radiologic Technologists License.
  • California Fluoroscopy license.
  • CT license or documented CT training and demonstrated proficiency in CT imaging.
  • Proficiency in both X-ray and CT exams.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently on night shift as the sole technologist on duty.
  • Willingness to provide coverage for other night techs (vacation/PTO/holidays) and flexibility with shift assignments.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate of Science or Associate of Arts degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Seven Medical PACS/RIS.
  • Experience with Athena Health EHR.


Assignment Details

  • Nights 1900-0700 (7 on / 7 off schedule with specified rotating start times across the week).
  • Must be able to work solo on the night shift and cover for NOC technologist PTO/vacation.
  • Required to work holidays if they fall on scheduled shift.
  • Will perform both CT and X-ray examinations.
  • Traveler may be asked to cover additional shifts as needed to support the department.
