Seeking a Temporary Insurance Litigation Attorney for a national litigation boutique law firm’s Texas offices. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Texas with at least three years of experience in insurance defense and/or coverage cases in state and federal courts.
Experience managing all litigation phases, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and mediation.
Strong research and writing skills required.
Responsibilities
Draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions, ensuring compliance.
Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
Collaborate with clients and develop case strategies.
Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations.
