We are seeking a Teller Intern to join our Downtown Business Banking Center for the summer! The intern will be involved in supporting the business banking center and customer service duties by accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits; processing loan payments; cashing checks and savings withdrawal. The position also promotes business for the bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate team members for new services.

Essential Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following:

  • Receives retail and commercial checking and savings deposits
  • Cashes checks, saving withdrawals and makes cash advances
  • Performs safe deposit duties by controlling access and assisting customers
  • Processes loan payments
  • Receives and processes stop payments and hold orders
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:


Experience and Skills

  • Must be an active college student in Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing
  • Major in Business, Finance, Accounting, Administration or Economics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Possess strong written/verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational/time management skills
  • Project a businesslike professionalism

Target hourly rate: $20
