Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technology Solution Consultant:
- Translate business needs into functional solution requirements
- Collaborate with system implementation partners and architects/engineers to guide solution design
- Validate functional design against end-to-end business processes
- Provide SME input across the transformation lifecycle (e.g., design, test)
- Support cross-functional decision making on business/system alignment
- Act as a trusted advisor for business functional teams by providing subject matter expertise across core business processes
- This is a 1-year contract with potential for extension or conversion
Required Skills for Technology Solution Consultant:
- 5-7 years of experience in a domain-specific role
- Exposure and experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) and system-enabled processes
- Strong process thinking and functional solution literacy
- Skilled in stakeholder alignment, requirements shaping, and cross-functional influence
- Degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of training and relevant experience
- Experience with Billing Design, Bill Print, and Contact Center Interface Platform
