The Line Service Technician (LST) ensures safe, efficient aircraft ground handling and outstanding customer service.
Aircraft Ground Handling & Ramp Operations
- Perform fueling, towing, parking, deicing, cleaning, and operate ground support equipment
- Maintain ramp awareness and ensure timely support for arrivals and departures
Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety protocols, promote hazard awareness, and support a safety-focused culture
Customer Service & Experience
- Assist passengers and flight crews professionally, exceeding expectations and maintaining a positive image
Communication & Teamwork
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly during operations
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Stand, walk, bend, and perform manual tasks; work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications include age 18+, valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and prior customer service experience preferred. This physically demanding role involves exposure to loud environments, chemicals, and weather conditions. The pay range is $18.00-$20.00/hr plus benefits.
