We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Permanent Technical Business Analyst to join our thriving Tech Services team. This exciting role is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical skills and business acumen to drive our organization's technological advancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between our IT and business sectors, writing/analyzing database queries, exploring APIs, vetting product requirements, and ensuring our systems and software align with business goals. You will be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, working closely with various teams to transform technical requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business and functional requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Utilize .NET, APIs, and SaaS to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain software documentation, ensuring all specifications and workflows are accurately represented and updated.
  • Use Axure Wireframing to design and implement user interface layouts that optimize user experience.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, ensuring all stakeholders' needs are captured and addressed.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the design and implementation of solutions align with business requirements.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and functionality to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5 years+ of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role with hands on experience writing queries and exploring API's.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET, SQL, API's, and SaaS platforms.
  • Proficient in data analysis and able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with Axure Wireframing and other wireframing tools.
  • Proven experience in software documentation and requirements gathering.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable terms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
