We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary: 

• Lead the design and development of SIGINT systems, ensuring alignment with mission requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor and data processing systems

• Conduct system performance analysis and testing, including environmental testing and data validation

• Develop and maintain technical documentation (design, testing, operational procedures)

• Stay current with advancements in SIGINT technologies and recommend system improvements

• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and management activities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements:

• Clearance:Active Top Secret (Tier 5 / SSBI) required to start

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science

• Proven experience in design, integration, and testing of SIGINT systems

• Strong understanding of sensor technologies, data acquisition, and data processing

• Knowledge of communication systems and data transmission protocols

• Experience with simulation and modeling tools for sensor systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
