Assist the Retail Office Manager in daily store operations, including dispensing eyewear, patient care, and achieving financial goals.
Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of staff, and step in as leader in the Manager’s absence.
Drive sales and customer satisfaction by executing merchandising and service strategies, while identifying growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations, and communicate effectively with the team.
Provide excellent customer service, dispense eyewear professionally, and handle key store functions like opening/closing and cash management.
Support career development by acting on feedback and preparing for future leadership roles.
Requirements include high school diploma, ABO/SVS certification within 12 months, optician or supervisory experience, strong organizational and financial analysis skills, and flexibility to work extended hours.
Must demonstrate good communication, physical dexterity, and ability to operate office and optical equipment.
