Seeking a Sushi Busser to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities include
- clearing tables of dishes, linen, and silverware;
- stocking wait stations, bar, and host stand;
- bringing ice as needed;
- assisting with seating patrons;
- resetting tables after clearing; and
- transporting items to the kitchen.
Skills required include strong organization, knowledge of sanitation and health regulations, familiarity with POS and bar equipment, and excellent communication.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of food service experience preferred, and ability to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shifts. Physical endurance and compliance with licensing requirements are essential.
