This role is for a Senior Staff Material Program Manager within the Aeronautics Supply Chain team, responsible for managing subcontractor teams and ensuring compliance with contractual, cost, quality, schedule, and technical requirements.


  • Lead all phases of subcontract management, from sourcing and negotiation to contract closeout.
  • Develop strategic plans to address program needs, risk management, and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful subcontract performance and program delivery.
  • Manage performance metrics, milestone objectives, and stakeholder communication, including executive reporting.
  • Requires experience in program management, systems analysis, and supply chain tools, with a strong understanding of FAR and TINA guidelines.

  • The position is located in Fort Worth, TX, requiring US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance. Occasional travel (~10%) is expected. The work schedule is a 4x10 hour day week with flexible options, and remote work is not available. Candidates should have extensive supply chain or procurement experience, with leadership skills and familiarity with SAP and contract negotiations.
