Supply Chain - Material Program Manager - MPM - Senior Staff - Level 5

This role is for a Senior Staff Material Program Manager within the Aeronautics Supply Chain team, responsible for managing subcontractor teams and ensuring compliance with contractual, cost, quality, schedule, and technical requirements.

• Lead all phases of subcontract management, from sourcing and negotiation to contract closeout.
• Develop strategic plans to address program needs, risk management, and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful subcontract performance and program delivery.
• Manage performance metrics, milestone objectives, and stakeholder communication, including executive reporting.
• Requires experience in program management, systems analysis, and supply chain tools, with a strong understanding of FAR and TINA guidelines.

  The position is located in Fort Worth, TX, requiring US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance. Occasional travel (~10%) is expected. The work schedule is a 4x10 hour day week with flexible options, and remote work is not available.
