Seeking an experienced Material Program Manager to oversee complex subcontract procurements across various contract types within a leading aerospace organization’s supply chain team.


  • Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual, cost, quality, schedule, and technical requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, lead negotiations, and oversee all phases from initiation through contract closeout.
  • Direct cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and procurement to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Operate autonomously, interact with senior program management and strategic suppliers, and mentor team members.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree, experience with SAP/ERP systems, and active US Secret Security Clearance.
