Supervisor, Warehousing

We are seeking a Supervisor, Warehousing in Laredo, TX to lead daily distribution center operations, including parts control, warehousing, sequencing, and inventory management.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to associates, and supervise direct reports.
• Plan work schedules, prepare evaluations, and manage operational expenses and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers, resolve issues, and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records, promote safety, and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Address associate concerns, support management goals, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Utilize systems like SAP, Microsoft Office, and customer-specific platforms.
