Responsibilities include training staff, meeting production and quality goals, maintaining equipment and supplies, managing personnel activities, and ensuring a productive work environment. The role requires supervising shift operations, maintaining records, and handling employee discipline.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 5 years of related experience, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Must perform work under ITAR/EAR regulations. Preferred skills include geometric tolerancing, Lean Manufacturing familiarity, problem-solving, and project management.
