We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Sr. Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead the planning and execution of complex and large-scale construction projects of luxury homes. You will be at the helm of innovation, driving project teams to create cutting-edge solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. This is a unique chance to leverage your skills in a challenging and rewarding environment, where your contributions will have a direct impact on the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the execution of multiple complex construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases.
3. Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
4. Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house project coordinators.
5. Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
6. Assist in the development of cost estimates, schedules, and resource requirements for project execution.
7. Manage building permitting process.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience of 5+ years as a Project Manager in the Aspen market of New Constructions & Remodels of Luxury homes.
2. Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
3. Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills. Proven ability to coordinate a diverse team of professionals.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach.
6. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, plan and manage budgets and schedules, and anticipate and resolve issues as they arise.
7. Proficient in scheduling and project management software.
8. PMP certification is a plus.
