Join Our Team

Provide electrical engineering services in power system, instrumentation, and programming fields to support project work and equipment maintenance requirements. This role will support Waterville's operations in a variety of technical assignments to create innovative solutions to technological challenges.

Essential Functions

Design, estimate, install and startup systems in the area of electrical and process control. Provide daily technical support to Waterville operations. Manage capital projects related to electrical and process control systems. Develop and manage preventative and predictive maintenance practices around our electrical and process control infrastructure. Maintain our compliance with current regulatory requirements as defined by OSHA, NFPA, NEC, etc.

Job Qualifications

  • Required: • Project equipment and control system design experience utilizing PLC's. • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. • Knowledge of regulatory requirement defined by OSHA, NFPA, and NEC standards. • 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. • Project equipment and control system design experiences utilizing PLC's and DCS systems. • Mechanical aptitude. • Strong PLC Programming background.
  • Preferred: • BSEE or BSEET degree. • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a process controls certification. • 5-10 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
