South Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking a South Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance and repair projects across campus facilities.

Responsibilities include overseeing assigned projects, coordinating trades and staff, ensuring safety compliance, managing budgets, and communicating with clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent + 2 years of trade experience or related training
• Management experience with multidisciplinary teams preferred
• Knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and troubleshooting
• Valid NC Driver's License required

  Position offers full-time, year-round employment with a salary range of $55,448 - $78,158, working Monday-Friday in Chapel Hill, NC. Candidates must be able to work in various physical conditions and respond to emergencies.
