Seeking experienced Sous Chef for a private island club known for scenic beauty and exclusive amenities.


Responsibilities include

  • overseeing culinary operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • assisting with menu planning for various events
  • training and supervising kitchen staff
  • participating in food preparation and execution
  • supporting the Culinary Intern Program


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience
  • team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
  • Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience preferred
