Seeking experienced Sous Chef for a private island club known for scenic beauty and exclusive amenities.
Responsibilities include
- overseeing culinary operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
- assisting with menu planning for various events
- training and supervising kitchen staff
- participating in food preparation and execution
- supporting the Culinary Intern Program
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience
- team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience preferred
