We are hiring full-time Sous Chef positions at a medical center in New Orleans.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some weekends; hours may vary.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
Requirements: Previous sous chef experience preferred but not required.
Summary: Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking food, supervise food service staff, ensure food safety and sanitation, and maintain kitchen operations.
Responsibilities include following recipes, managing inventory, ensuring proper food handling, and interacting with customers.
