Top Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day operational tasks for TV and Primetime Channels Package and Offer support areas, including new package and offer creation, price changes, package turndowns, free trial requests, and rebrands.
- Identify, recommend, and support the implementation of process & tooling improvement opportunities.
- Help execute solutions, with regular support from peers/community, based on user/partner/client business objectives and technical requirements that have been previously defined, developed, and approved.
Minimum role qualifications requirement:
- 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- 2 yrs experience in product operations or project management (ideally in the media or finance industries.)
- Proven ability to effectively navigate ambiguity.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
