Job Description:
  • Help set up and run our Smartsheet toolkit and administration.
  • Using standard Smartsheet toolset to suggest, define, create and rollout new workflows.
  • Create process documentation and SoPs.
  • Understanding of how to create Smartsheet meta data sheets that support workflows and dashboards
  • Create integrated org level reports and (visually brilliant) dashboards with data from multiple sources
  • Create and implement complex automations based on designed workflows to ensure information gets where it needs to
  • Manage approval automations.
  • License and account management
  • Create & maintain Smartsheet onboarding process.
  • Setup of new users
  • Disabling leaver accounts.
  • Permissions management.
  • Self-learning with Miro and SmartSheet academy
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Miro and Smartsheet technologies
  • Promote knowledge sharing on Smartsheet features.
  • Manage workshop sessions with key stakeholders to understand key requirements
  • Run and organize UAT for new workflows
  • Understanding of connectors into Miro and SmartSheet
  • Create workflows and manage implementation of these connectors.
  • Smartsheet and Miro maintenance activities
