SPLASH a division of Nicklas Supply, is seeking a talented Showroom Design and Sales Consultant. This role combines high-end design expertise with consultative sales to deliver exceptional client experience from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a customer first mindset and a strong background in kitchen and bath cabinetry, plumbing, tile, and hardware sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the full sales and design process-from consultation to product selection, pricing, and delivery
- Create functional, aesthetically refined kitchen and bath design solutions
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors
- Recommend and source products based on client needs and preferences
- Prepare layouts, pricing, and sales documentation accurately
- Manage a personal sales pipeline and generate new business through referrals and networking
- Maintain product knowledge, design trends, and showroom presentation
- Collaborate with team members and support overall showroom operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- 5+ years of kitchen & bath design and/or luxury showroom sales experience
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., 2020 Design, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
Additional Details
- Full-time; Some evening and Saturday availability required
- Fast-paced showroom environment with standing, walking, and light lifting
