Next Legacy Ridge Exteriors is seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Service Technician to join our Ogden team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, learning a skilled trade, and delivering great customer service. No prior experience is required — we provide training.
Assist with installation and service of windows, doors, and siding
Perform job site inspections and basic repairs as directed
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Work closely with lead technicians and project managers
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Follow company standards, safety guidelines, and quality procedures
Entry-level position — no construction or exterior experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights when needed
Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
$20–25/hour based on experience
