• Coordinate transportation, installation, and repair of equipment for various clients, ensuring every project runs smoothly.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions, demonstrating your troubleshooting expertise.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports and document the entire problem-solving process, from initial request to final resolution.
• Oversee technical support initiatives, including call center operations, assisting with training and management when needed.
• Continuously learn and apply knowledge of supported software and hardware to ensure efficient, high-quality service.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven technical troubleshooting ability and familiarity with tools like DVMs, oscilloscopes, and power meters.
• Experience in desktop and network support is preferred.
• Strong initiative, diligence, and a commitment to resolving technical problems with excellence.
• AA degree or higher required
• Technical Certifications are a plus.
