Our client, a nationally consolidated, privately owned dealership group, seeks an experienced Service Manager for their European import franchise in New York's Capital Region.
The role oversees a team of approximately 30 fixed operations professionals in a profitable but underperforming department, offering a unique opportunity to enhance performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the service team to maximize productivity and CSI
- Refining processes, workflow, and communication across departments
- Driving profitability through disciplined leadership and performance metrics
- Aligning operational strategies with senior management goals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Fixed Ops Leader in a franchised dealership
- Strong leadership, organizational, and process improvement skills
- Experience with European import brands preferred
- Ability to improve CSI, efficiency, and team morale
Compensation: OTE $160K-$175K annually, with comprehensive benefits.
