Adhere to Schedule, SLAs, Metrics and Industry standards

Keep up to date with the latest features and updates in the computer systems and applications
Application development or application support experience is an added advantage
Analyze geospatial data to identify patterns and trends that support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate spatial data into various projects.
Provide technical support for Service Desk applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Develop and maintain geospatial databases to enhance data accessibility and reliability.
Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of spatial information.
Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Assist in the design and execution of geospatial projects that align with company objectives.
Utilize geospatial tools and software to optimize data processing and analysis workflows.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of geospatial systems, recommending improvements as needed.
Support the development of training materials for team members on geospatial technologies.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with advancements in geospatial analysis.
Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that leverage spatial data for strategic advantage.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all geospatial activities.
Qualifications:
Strong background in geospatial analysis with relevant experience in Service Desk App Support.
Proficiency in geospatial software and tools, such as GIS applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data analysis.
Solid understanding of database management and spatial data integration.
Capability in creating impactful visualizations and reports for diverse audiences.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new geospatial technologies.
