We're looking for a Service & Compliance Specialist to join us in the office. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring policies remain active, clients are onboarded seamlessly, and compliance standards are met with accuracy and care. Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Handle policy cancellations and pending cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
- Process inspections and compliance-related documentation
- Onboard new clients with professionalism and attention to detail
- Provide responsive and friendly customer service for policyholders
- Maintain accurate records and support agency operations as needed
Requirements
- Must have an active Property & Casualty License.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed
- Positive attitude with a professional and client-focused approach
