THE ROLE: Serve as the main contact for customers from check-in to completion, ensuring clear communication, accurate estimates, and efficient workflow. Build relationships, identify service needs, and upsell additional services to maximize revenue. Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain detailed documentation.
