Why This Role Rocks

As a Senior Vendor Onboarding Associate, you'll be the go-to expert for vendor onboarding and master data governance-owning the process from start to finish. You'll have the opportunity to design smarter workflows, solve complex challenges, and make a real impact on how we partner with our vendors. If you love improving processes, working cross-functionally, and driving data accuracy at scale, this role puts you right at the center of it all.

  • This is an on-site position that works a hybrid schedule at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky.

What's On Your Plate

  • Own end-to-end vendor onboarding and master data management

  • Partner with vendors, store teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

  • Review contracts to align vendor data with payment terms and methods

  • Monitor and deliver on key performance metrics (cycle time, data accuracy, e-invoicing, payments)

  • Support continuous audit activities and vendor communications

  • Design and enhance onboarding workflows, validation rules, and system configurations

  • Lead and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives across the P2P lifecycle

  • Tackle complex issues independently and drive solutions

Your Recipe for Success

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in vendor onboarding, P2P, or master data management

  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Experience working with MS Office and large-scale P2P/ERP systems

  • Bachelor's/Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • CPRS or similar certification is a plus
