Our client is seeking a Senior Title Examiner to support real estate transactions through thorough title research and examination. This role involves reviewing public records to assess the legal status of property titles and may be based in a production center, branch office, or team environment.
Key responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, analyzing entity documents, dating down commitments, preparing updated commitments and reports, and recording documents as needed.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the title industry, with a preference for commercial title experience. Familiarity with AIM+ (Stewart Title software), DataTrace, and DataTree is strongly preferred.
