The Senior System Educator develops, delivers, and maintains learning programs in support of the implementation of HCA Healthcare’s Electronic Health Record. These learning programs are developed for corporate, division and facility executives, clinicians, and financial analysts. Delivery methods include live virtual training/asynchronous or web-based training, combined with other technology-based solutions using a blended learning approach.
This role also fulfills the role of subject matter expert relating to the ITG system applications.
Duties may also include collaborating with peers in any combination of the following:
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Education Delivery and Instructions, or Instructional Design - Required
EXPERIENCE
5 or more years of experience in Healthcare Setting, Education Delivery and Instructions, or Instructional Design - Preferred
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience could be considered
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING
Registered Nurse - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation - Preferred
TRAVEL
This role may require up to 25% travel
