We're seeking a Senior Sales Leader for our industrial equipment client that specializes in the development, engineering, manufacturing and sales of products that help improve the world's air and water quality.

This is a senior leadership role within our organization. The Senior Sales Leader will be responsible for driving revenue, developing market strategies, and managing the sales team. They will be responsible for setting territorial sales plans, managing key account relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing distribution networks.
 
Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Planning: Developing annual sales plans and adjusting monthly forecasts to meet or exceed corporate financial goals.
  • Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring the sales team to ensure distribution channels are effective and aligned with business objectives.
  • Key Account Management: Establish and maintain relationships with strategic end-user accounts while structuring negotiations and contracts.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, analyze competitive activity, and communicate field intelligence to corporate leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and inside sales teams to support product promotions and ensure timely delivery.
Major Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with an emphasis on industrial products manufacturing or a similar technical domain.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM and ERP platforms like Salesforce and Oracle is generally expected.
  • A willingness for business travel to call on distributors, attend industry trade shows, and visit regional accounts.
