Seeking a Senior Principal Scientist in Bioanalytical Sciences to lead assay development for diverse biotherapeutics, including antibodies, AAV, CAR-T, and RNA.
Supervise a team in designing, validating, and troubleshooting immunoassays for PK, PD, and ADA studies supporting clinical and non-clinical programs.
Develop innovative assay strategies, review data, and present findings internally and externally.
Write and review validation protocols, reports, and SOPs, serving as Study Director.
The ideal candidate has a PhD (5+ years), MS (8+ years), or BS (10+ years) with deep expertise in immunoassay development and validation.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
