Job Overview This position is responsible for full performance complex work supporting information technology application(s) through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and providing ongoing optimization and support. Duties include providing front line support to end users through analyzing and diagnosing problems and determining a solution. This position may perform lead work over lower-level staff. This position is for an Epic Health Planet and Compass Rose Analyst Additional Information Department: Clinical Application Services Hours per week: 40, eligible for benefits Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Work hours may vary depending on the need of the department. This position does require some nights and weekends for go-live support and implementation. *This role is considered hybrid, but does have some onsite expectations. Qualifications EDUCATION - High School or GED EXPERIENCE - Minimum of four (4) years of related experience is required. EQUIVALENCY - An Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for the required experience CERTIFICATION(S) - Epic certification in primary application will be required within four months of hire. Team members will be sent to Epic for mandatory training and will be given two attempts to pass certification testing to maintain employment Preferred Qualifications: Health Planet and Compass Rose certifications and/or EpicCare Ambulatory Current Epic certifications preferred Experience with SDOH build and social care programs a plus Responsibilities POPULATION SPECIFIC CARE No direct patient care.
