Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategic direction and the execution of all Research & Technology Development initiatives and programs across the Product Category. This includes the management of the portfolio used in identifying and developing new innovative products as well as platform technologies that expand the existing product offering and manufacturing capabilities. It is expected that these innovative products and platform technologies support the overall corporate growth strategy of pursuing products, and technologies that enable products, in targeted clinical markets for access and delivery. This role will require significant cross-functional interface as well as vendor and customer interface, so leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities are critical. The incumbent will support and mentor the R&D site leaders and their teams. Knowledge of intellectual property business processes is also critical in order to protect developed products and processes.

Salary Range $203,250-$298,100

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. Employees at the level of Director and above are eligible to receive stock awards as part of their annual compensation package. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
