Job Title: Senior Civil Professional Engineer
Salary:$120,000-$180,000 and two bonuses per year, based on profitability.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure all projects comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Provide expert guidance on civil engineering principles, practices, and methods.
- Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and impact analysis.
- Develop and present project proposals, budgets, and timelines to stakeholders.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.
- Stay updated with advancements in civil engineering and incorporate innovative approaches into projects.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
- Proven experience leading and managing civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficient in civil engineering software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly engineering practices.
- Active involvement in professional civil engineering societies or organizations.
