COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $60.00 – $73.50 per hour

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• W2 Contract (7+ months)

ROLE IMPACT: This role ensures effective change intake, governance, and strategic execution across the Finance organization during a critical coverage period. The Senior Change Delivery Lead drives structure, visibility, and accountability across a complex portfolio of initiatives aligned to Finance’s executive priorities. Success is defined by strong portfolio oversight, executive-ready reporting, and disciplined execution of large-scale change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance change intake and governance processes, ensuring policy compliance, prioritization, funding alignment, project setup, and portfolio reporting.

• Oversee and deliver multiple complex programs and projects supporting Finance strategic objectives, ensuring standard intake and project protocols are met.

• Partner with executive and senior leadership to develop reporting, presentations, and materials for executive, risk, and strategy reviews.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to execute concurrent, large-scale initiatives using structured project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall frameworks).

• Establish and maintain portfolio documentation, traceability, impact tracking, and knowledge transfer to ensure completion and stakeholder alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or process improvement roles within complex organizations.

• 3–5 years of experience within a Finance organization, preferably in financial services or banking.

• Advanced expertise in project management frameworks, large-scale initiative delivery, executive communication, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

• Core Tools & Systems

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Portfolio reporting and project tracking tools

• Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks

• Financial services systems, platforms, and operational processes

• Collaboration and executive presentation tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services industry or management consulting environments

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• Process Improvement certification (e.g., Six Sigma)
