The Senior Business Analyst reports to the HCM & Financials Business Services Manager, serving as a liaison with IT and HR teams to align business needs with technological solutions in Benefits and Retirement functions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and HR stakeholders, facilitating understanding of processes and needs.
  • Develop clear business requirements, collaborate on system design, and lead testing and implementation to ensure effective solutions.
  • Manage workflows, serve as a project manager, mentor analysts, and support system enhancements and training.
  • Provide production support, establish issue resolution protocols, and ensure timely defect resolution.
  • Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance.
  • Identify process improvements, stay updated on industry trends, and support user training and helpdesk services.

Requirements include 8-10 years of HR/Benefits experience, strong knowledge of Oracle systems, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
