This position ensures a safe and positive aquatic environment by preventing and responding to emergencies, performing rescues, and administering first aid.
Assists with cleaning, maintenance, and safety oversight of the facility.
Follows supervisor instructions for shifts, guarding, and safety measures.
Completes housekeeping, logs data, and participates in training and special programs.
Requires strong swimming skills (at least 500 yards), quick emergency response, and awareness of surroundings.
Minimum age is 16, with preferred water-related experience and certification within 14 days of hire.
All employees have emergency response responsibilities, including potential irregular hours and support during emergencies.
