Responsible for the preparation and serving of all alcoholic beverages at the Timberline Bar & Grill, to contribute to guest satisfaction and premier customer service atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits:
Seasonal Employees are eligible for the Seasonal Employee Layoff Bonus Plan. The plan is designed to provide an effective means to motivate and compensate eligible seasonal employees during the term of their assignment. However, Goldbelt, Inc. may, in certain limited circumstances, grant discretionary performance bonuses outside of this program, in the sole discretion of the Company.
Goldbelt, Inc. hopes that by providing short-term incentive compensation, this will motivate and increase the retention rate among its employees which in turn will enhance Goldbelt Inc.’s long-term value.
Starting Wage: $16.00- DOE
Qualifications:Necessary Skills & Knowledge:
Thorough knowledge of practices and techniques of mixology and proficient in the operation of bar equipment, and beverage serving.
Knowledge and familiarity with State of Alaska liquor laws.
Knowledge of computerized cash register systems, cash collection procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with other employees.
Ability to work directly with the public, providing information and assistance on a daily basis.
Ability/willingness to learn and pass on to guests those areas of interest to visitors, such as local history, people, culture, geography, etc.
Ability to meet time and attendance requirements.
Ability to work all different shifts including holidays and weekends.
Ability to handle stress under pressure.
Ability to provide quality customer service.
Ability and willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle heavy customer contact and excellent customer service skills.
A positive focus and customer service skills is in order to ensure the return of our customers.
Knowledge of customer service techniques.
Minimum Qualifications (education, experience, skills):
Current Training for Alcohol Professional (TAP) card.
One (1) year of bartender experience.
State of Alaska Food Workers Card.
Ability to successfully pass a background check.
