Sales Partnership Manager Houston, TX (Hybrid) | Full-Time
Overview We are an employee-owned professional services firm seeking a Sales Partnership Manager to build and grow strategic partnerships. This role focuses on developing relationships with complementary consulting firms, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering integrated solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strategic partner relationships to drive new business
Identify and pursue opportunities through government contracting vehicles
Conduct market research to support partnership and growth strategies
Evaluate and onboard new partners, including go/no-go assessments
Support opportunity shaping and proposal development
Track performance using CRM tools and KPIs
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on campaigns and events
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships
Experience in energy (oil & gas), engineering & construction, or manufacturing preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint required)
