Sales Manager - HydroVac Services WTX

Role and Responsibilities

The West Texas HydroVac Sales Manager reports to the Corp Sales Manager and is accountable for HydroVac sales for the trucking division in West Texas. This position is responsible for developing, managing, and supporting sustained and profitable growth in sales.The HydroVac Sales Manager must be able to develop and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within West Texas and surrounding areas.
• Familiarity with updating the CRM system for the management of Burton's relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers.
• Conducting face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers for the purpose of business growth, service efficacy and customer loyalty.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies.
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling Burton HydroVac Services to new and existing customers.
• Researching competitors' products and pricing, as well as market conditions to inform Burton service lines and related pricing.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts and sales.
• Other duties, as assigned.

• Proven outside sales experience, particularly via consultative sales.
• Working knowledge of HydroVac applications in diversified markets and industries.
• Working knowledge of oilfield and trucking principles and systems.
• Self-starter who works well under pressure through prioritization, expectation management, a calm demeanor and simple, determined grit.
• Effective verbal and written communicator across stakeholder groups.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field is preferred.

• Shop, Field, and Office environment, using computer, telephone, other office equipment as needed to perform duties, frequent interruptions through out day likely.
• Essential: continuous sitting, standing, wrist turning, grasping, pinching, and finger manipulation, frequent turning and twisting, and occasional reaching.
• Weather elements can be extreme cold, heat and wind.
• Occasionally required to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. push/pull occasionally required for up to 50 lbs.
• Hearing and vision (both correctable) are essential.
