Position Overview:
- Location: South and Central Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas (Flexibility is essential)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM 5:00 PM (will vary)
- Pay Rate: RN: $38-42/hr
- Start Date: IMMEDIATE
- Type: In-person - Full time openings
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes)
- Monitor and manage immunization records in compliance with state regulations
- Deliver first aid and emergency care
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills
- Maintain accurate and confidential student health records
- Communicate with parents regarding health concerns and follow-up care
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to frequently bend, crouch, and lift up to 40lbs
Qualifications:
- Active CA State RN License
- BLS Certification
- Current negative TB test
- Trach experience preferred
- Confidence, reliability, flexibility
