RN - NICU

RN – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) (Contract)

• Location: Arizona 85719

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks

• Pay: $2,108 – $2,365 per week

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

• Shift: Night Shift

• Shift Time: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Facility Type: Level III NICU (36 beds)

• Float Requirement: May float to appropriate pediatric unit

• Start: Immediate start preferred

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill neonates in Level III NICU

• Monitor and manage complex neonatal conditions and support family-centered care

• Administer medications, ventilator support, and NICU-specific interventions

• Collaborate with neonatal care team and pediatric units as needed

• Float to pediatric unit when required based on staffing needs

Job Requirements

• Licensure/Certifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of Arizona (Required)

  • BLS (Required)

  • NRP (typically required for NICU roles)

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years NICU RN experience (Required)

  • Prior travel nursing experience (Required)

Additional Details

• Scrubs: Navy scrubs with navy warm-up jacket required

• Setting: Level III NICU (36-bed unit)
